Dave’s muesli recipe

Ingredients

Cashews

Flaxseeds

Brazil nuts

Almonds

Oats

Chia seeds

Coconut oil

 

How

  1. Melt the coconut oil and stir in the nuts
  2. Crush the nuts (either with the end of a rolling bin or in a blender)
  3. Lay out on a baking tray with the pumpkin seeds and bake for 10 mins at 200 degrees
  4. Add the chia seeds and mix well, store in an airtight container until ready to eat

Serve with greek yogurt.
