Cashews
Flaxseeds
Brazil nuts
Almonds
Oats
Chia seeds
Coconut oil
How
- Melt the coconut oil and stir in the nuts
- Crush the nuts (either with the end of a rolling bin or in a blender)
- Lay out on a baking tray with the pumpkin seeds and bake for 10 mins at 200 degrees
- Add the chia seeds and mix well, store in an airtight container until ready to eat
Serve with greek yogurt.
